HOLDEN � Joseph W. Lunt, Jr., 67, of Boyden Road, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009 in Saint Vincent Hospital.
He leaves a son, John J. Lunt of Rutland; a daughter, Donna J. Belmont of North Brookfield; 5 grandchildren; a brother, Paul Gilbert; a sister, Betty Tocci; and his former wife, Jean A. (Wilmot) Lunt. A sister, Gloria Despres, predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, a son of Joseph W. and May Alice (Joy) Lunt, Sr. He worked for Allied Co. in Worcester, retiring in 1992, and for the Holden Mobil gas station for 17 years.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, is directing arrangements.
