Joseph M. Luksha Iii

TEMPLETON - Joseph Michael Luksha III, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, after becoming unexpectedly ill at the age of 51. Joseph was born on April 19, 1971, to Carmen Luksha and Joseph M. Luksha Jr. in Worcester, Massachusetts.

After Joseph graduated from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School in 1989, he went on to working 27 dedicated years at Ecological Fibers.

An enthusiastic outdoorsman, there was never a day remembered where he wasn’t outside. Whether he was found in brush silently awaiting deer, finding the perfect lake to reel from, pitching a tent on family camping trips, or even at a soccer field being heard within a 2-mile radius.

If he wasn’t out in the woods, he was being a true New England Sports Fanatic going to live games, and having celebratory dances for every championship won in the front yard! These things and His presence will forever be missed.

Joseph is survived by his parents, Carmen Luksha and Joseph M. Luksha Jr., stepmother Elizabeth Luksha, his younger siblings Jason Luksha and Victoria Luksha, his step brother Brian Werger, his daughters Jesselynn Luksha and Lindsey Luksha from his past marriage with Tina Kukla, his grandchildren Marina Diaz, Jeannette Diaz, and Elvin RJ Diaz and many more friends and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Joseph’s family on Saturday, February 11th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m. in the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling.
