Biography
PORT ORANGE, FL – Joseph W. Arsenault, 69, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2017 in Port Orange, Florida. Born in Gardner and raised in Hubbardston, Joe was the son of Arthur and Agnes (Butler) Arsenault, lived many years in Hubbardston and 13 years in Gardner before moving to Port Orange. He will be remembered and lovingly missed by his wife, Virginia Arsenault; a daughter, Michelle Wilson and her husband, Brian of Port Orange; a sister, Leona Katz and her husband, Philip of Oakham; two brothers, Jerry Arsenault and his wife, Lois of Mt. Plymouth, FL and Albert Arsenault of Gardner; three grandchildren, Heather, Lizzy and Russell Wilson; an aunt, Barbara Hall of Palmer; nephews and nieces, and a special part of his life, Carmen Aponte of Worcester. Joe honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967. He worked 43 years at both Norton Co. which later turned into St. Gobain in Worcester. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson and was a member of the H.O.G. Association. A private graveside service will be held at Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
