Biography


GRAFTON/DUDLEY – Joseph “Skip” A. Brideau, Jr., 72, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and close friends on Saturday, March 26, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Gardner, the son of Joseph A. Brideau, Sr. and Charlotte (Forest) Jaillet.



Joseph was a very proud papa and cherished every moment with his family.



He leaves his wife, Donna M. (LeBoeuf) Brideau; three daughters, Cheryl Brideau and her husband, Harry Nelson of Worcester, Tammy Wylie and her husband, Chris of Rutland and Tina Soderman of Barre; a granddaughter, Tina Marie Brideau and her significant other, Shaun Green of Spencer; three brothers, Lee Brideau and his wife, Bettyann of Nashville, TN, Edgar Jaillet and his wife, Cora of Leicester and Gerard Jaillet and his wife, Shirley of Gardner. Joseph will be sadly missed by his fourteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and of course his best buddy, Casey, his beloved dog. He was predeceased by his daughter, Nancy Brideau, his son, Eddie Goulet and his brother, Donald Jaillet.



A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lucy’s FoxG1 Fundraiser at https://www.crowdrise.com/

Arrangements are under the care of the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
