John "Jack" H. Wheelden, Jr.

AUBURN – John “Jack” H. Wheelden, Jr., 79, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019.
Jack was born in Worcester, the son of John H. and Gertrude M. (Piper) Wheelden and had lived in Princeton before moving to Auburn over fifteen years ago. After graduated from high school, Jack served his country and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961. He served in the Signal Corps until being honorable discharge in 1964. Later, Jack was a salesman at Sunnyside Ford in Holden for many years before retiring.
Jack is survived by his sister, Joyce Szerejko and her spouse, Carolyn Nelson of Rutland. Beside his parents, Jack was predeceased by his son, Christopher in 2018.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30th at Fairview Cemetery, 380 Providence Street ( Route 122), South Grafton. Arrangements are under the care of the Miles Funeral Home.
