John Macarchuk

HOLDEN - John Macarchuk of Holden, age 89, passed away quietly on April 7, 2016. He was born April 20, 1926 in Montville, CT. John joined State Mutual (Hanover) Insurance in 1947 following graduation from Brown University. He served in the US Army during the Korean conflict. He leaves a son, Neal Macarchuk of Paxton; a daughter, Sue Macarchuk Park of Vista, CA and granddaughters, Jennifer of Brookline and Alexis of Cambridge. A memorial remembrance will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Worcester Greendale YMCA or the Mass Audubon Society.
