WORCESTER – Jerry P. Miller, 86 formerly of Worcester and Pompano Beach, FL died on Thursday, November 7 in Brookside Rehab & Healthcare Center in Webster.
His wife Sharon E. (Marcus) Miller died in 2010. He leaves two sons Michael J. Miller and his life partner Robin Markarian of Holden and Kenneth A. Miller and Pearl Ubungen of San Francisco, a daughter Cheryl wife of Ken Macera of Holden, a brother Lawrence Miller of Santa Rosa, CA, a sister Iris Minkin of Naragansett and six grandchildren; Michael, Ryan and Brandon Miller, Kali and Matthew Macera and Salvatore Ubungen-Miller.
He was a navy veteran of the Korean War.
He was born in Providence, RI the son of Jacob and Elizabeth (Odesky) Miller. He lived in Worcester for many years before moving to Pompano Beach, FL in 1985, and returning to Worcester three years ago.
He had owned and operated Select Diaper Service and Lafayette Cleaners.
He loved to cook. He was an avid racquet ball and tennis player as well as a weight lifter.
Private funeral services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019.
