WORCESTER/SEFFNER, FL – Jennifer L. Cabana, formerly of Worcester, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 2, 2017 after an accidental overdose. She was 31. Jen was born in Worcester where she lived until moving to Florida last year. She was a graduate of Burncoat Senior High School and worked as a chef at various local restaurants and function establishments. Besides being a talented chef, Jen possessed a zest for life and had a contagious smile that could light up a room. Her engaging personality and infectious laugh were ever-present even in her most trying times. She faithfully attended TriLife Church in Worcester and was a wonderful mom to her son, Brady. She will be affectionately remembered and missed by her son, Brady M. Cabana; her parents, Christopher L. Cabana of Worcester and Marie (Morin) Martin and her husband, Stephen Martin of Thonotosassa, Florida; her fiancé, Brian Evvard of Seffner, FL; her paternal grandfather, Rodney L. Cabana; four stepbrothers; a stepsister; several aunts, uncles, cousins; great aunts, uncles; and her beloved dog, “Monty.” She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Alice (Bourcier) Morin and paternal grandmother, Barbara L. (Giguere) Cabana. Jen’s life will be honored and celebrated privately at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brady M.
