Janice M. (Hotz) Macfarlane

HOLDEN/CHELMSFORD – Janice M. (Hotz) MacFarlane, 76, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Mass General Hospital in Boston after an illness. She had lived most of her life in Chelmsford before moving to Holden five years ago. A private funeral service for Janice will be held at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114-2699.
