Janet Marie La Vigne

West Boylston- Janet Marie La Vigne, wife of Edward P. La Vigne, passed away on Sunday June 29 in Montreal, Quebec after a long illness.
She was born in Montreal on April 4, 1944. Janet was the daughter of Robert and Christine Davidson.
Besides her husband Edward, Janet leaves two sons, Yann and Erwann Bernard both of Montreal; three step daughters, Andrea Elizabeth La Vigne of West Boylston, Brieana Ashley La Vigne Tascione of Philadelphia and Alexandra Rae La Vigne of West Boylston; two sisters, Michelle and Fachon of Montreal; a brother, Robert Jr. of Montreal; and a brother-in-law, Reynold of Montreal. Janet also leaves five grandchildren and 16 nieces and nephews.
Janet served much of her professional life as an airline attendant for Air Canada.
A funeral service will be held in honor of Mrs. La Vigne on Friday, July 4th, at 9 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass at 1:30 p.m. Service will take place at Alfred Dallaire Memoria, 4231 St. Laurent Street Montreal, Quebec H2W 1Z4. Burial will be at The Notre Dame Cemetery, 4601 Cote Des Neiges at 4:40 PM. The Miles Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Rd., Sterling is assisting the family with the local arrangements.
