Biography
WEBSTER/STERLING – Janet E. Kirkpatrick, 84, formerly of Sterling, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 under the loving care of her family and the staff at Webster Manor Healthcare Center. Born in Sterling, Janet was the daughter of Meady C. and Mabel E. (Morris) Kirkpatrick and lived many years in both Sterling and Leominster before moving to Webster in 2007.
Janet graduated from Leominster High School and worked 40 years at Tilton & Cook Co. in Leominster.
She is survived by nephews and nieces including, William Morrow of Rutland, Wendy Smith of Hudson, NH, Robert Kirkpatrick of Sterling, Vikki Flagg of Hubbardston, and Julie Porter of Pomfret Center, CT. Besides her parents Janet is predeceased by three sisters, Ethel L. Porter, Carol A. Barr, and Hazel Morrow; and a brother, Richard Kirkpatrick.
A private graveside service will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Sterling.
