RUTLAND/WORCESTER – Jacob B. Hendrickson, infant son of Dana A. Hendrickson and Beth A. True, died Saturday, November 28, 2009 in Children's Hospital, Boston after an illness.

Besides his parents he leaves his paternal grandparents, Bradford Hendrickson and his wife Diane of Holden; paternal grandmothers, Patricia Hendrickson and Tara Pavao of Worcester; maternal grandparents, Erik Cade and Christine Carpenter of Rutland; paternal great-grandmother, Patricia Pavao of Cape Cod; maternal great-grandparents, Skip and Barbara Carpenter of Shrewsbury and Mare Grace of Hawaii; two uncles, Seth Hendrickson and his wife Lisa of Foxborough and Brian Hendrickson of Holden; six aunts, Courtney Gabis and her husband Billy of Oxford, Jamie Pavao and her fiancé Jason of Worcester, Tiffany True of Webster, Jessica Carpenter, Samantha and Rebecca True all of Rutland; and many other close relatives.

Jacob touched many during his short life. He will be sadly missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, December 4th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A memorial service for Jacob will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 5th, in the First Congregational Church of Rutland, 264 Main Street. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital Trust, 138 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02446.
