WORCESTER – Hubert E. Duesberg, 67, of Worcester, died Thursday, August 3, 2006 in St. Vincent Hospital.
He leaves his brother, Christopher J. Duesberg of Rutland; five sisters, Elizabeth J. Rosman of Sturbridge, Marie M. Cutroni, Louise B Faiola and Susan M. Hardell all of Worcester; and Cecilia P. LeBlanc of Lunenburg; nephews and nieces. He was born in Verviers, Belgium, son of Hubert G. and Marie E. (Matthieu) Duesberg, and lived in Holden for 21 years before moving to Worcester in 1974. He graduated from Cardinal Farley Military Academy in Rhinebeck, New York. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and worked for Duesberg-Bosson of America, Inc. for several years.
The funeral for Mr. Duesberg will be held on Saturday, August 5, from the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden, with a Mass at 11:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 114 Princeton Street, Jefferson. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1325 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 4, in the funeral home.
