HOLDEN - Henry “Hank” F. Oliver, 61, of 18 Walnut Terrace, died Thursday Sept. 2, 2004, at home after a long illness.
He leaves three children, Douglas Oliver of Evans, Georgia; Carrie Oliver of St. Petersburg, Florida; Jacob Oliver of Brooklyn, New York; three grandchildren, Philip, Lena and Daniel Oliver all of Evans, Georgia; an aunt, Daryl Henson of Savoy, Illinois.
Mr. Oliver was born in Worcester, son of Henry E. and Vesta (Hoyt) Oliver. He graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, with a Bachelors of Mathematics. He had lived in Needham for many years. Mr. Oliver was a Vice President of U.S. Trust Company Data Services. He enjoyed outdoor activities and was an avid reader.
The funeral service for Mr. Oliver will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 10, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester. There are no calling hours.
