HOLDEN -- Helen T. (Nordstrom) Jumonville, 93, passed away in her sleep at her son's home in Marlborough on Thursday, October 4, 2018. Born and raised in Holden, Helen was the daughter of Albert V. and Helen I. (O'Connor) Nordstrom and lived here most of her life.
Her beloved husband of 52 years, Jean J. Jumonville died in 1993. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her three sons, Jean J. Jumonville, Jr. of Dade City, FL, Jon P. Jumonville of Rutland and James M. Jumonville and his wife, Deusuita of Marlborough; nine grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Besides her husband Helen is predeceased by her daughter, Lynda J. Hall; two brothers, Albert and John P. Nordstrom; and five sisters, Hazel Morse, Phyllis Packard, Marie Armstrong, Gertrude Nelson and Mildred Laprance.
Helen was a graduate of Holden High School, class of 1943. She worked 26 years for Mt. View Middle School in Holden before her retirement. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Holden and was a Past Worthy Matron of the Wachusett Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Helen enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Helen's family from 10 to 11 am on Thursday, October 11th at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden, with a funeral service honoring her life at 11 am. Interment will follow at All Faith's Cemetery in Worcester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Comfort Zone Home Care of Hudson, P.O. Box 673, Hudson, MA 01749.
