HOLDEN – Linda H. (Johnson) Adams, 64, of 315 Main Street, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, Worcester, after an illness.
She leaves her son, Lars H. Adams and his fiancée Andrea Arakelian of Worcester; a sister, Janet Bogar of Shrewsbury; a niece and a nephew. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Hugo and Hilma (Mangs) Johnson, was raised in Auburn and lived many years in Holden.
Mrs. Adams was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School and attended a local business college. She worked for Hanover Insurance Company, in Worcester since 1993. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Church, enjoyed bowling and was a NASCAR enthusiast.
The funeral service for Mrs. Adams will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, in the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 346 Shrewsbury Street, Holden. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. Calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 26, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, 10 Judith Road, Worcester, MA 01602.
