In Loving Memory of Glen “Bengi” Moreau (June 28, 1961 - July 25, 2023)
A Life of Adventure and Laughter
OAKHAM - Glen Moreau, born in East Brookfield, Massachusetts, was a man whose life was filled with the joy of adventure and the thrill of exploration. As one of eight children to Francis Moreau and Mary Jean Elder, Glen's upbringing laid the foundation for the close-knit and loving family he would eventually build.
From an early age, Glen's love for motorized vehicles became evident. The roar of his Harley Davidson motorcycle would often be heard as he cruised through the winding roads, embracing the freedom of the open path. He found solace in riding his motorcycle, feeling the rush of adrenaline each and every time, and cherished the moments spent riding snowmobiles through the snowy landscapes during the winters.
However, Glen's passion for adventure was not limited to his mechanical companions; he embodied a spirit of fearlessness and a willingness to take risks that left an indelible mark on those who knew him. His outgoing and boisterous personality exuded joy wherever he went, and his big smile and hearty laughter were contagious, brightening the lives of those around him.
Among his most cherished moments were those spent with his beloved family. Glen found immense joy in the company of his five grandchildren - Kassidy, Baileigh, Carter, Camden, and Evie. Bengi leaves his daughters, Jennifer Boulay and her husband, Evan and Amanda Moreau; and his his ex-wife, Sharon Kresco Acuña, whom he was married to for 19 Years.
Whether it was riding his 50th Anniversary Harley Davidson Fatboy motorcycle with the wind in his hair or golfing at various courses around central Massachusetts, he embraced each experience with boundless enthusiasm. Glen was a master of humor, always ready with a quick joke or witty remark that would leave everyone in stitches.
As Glen Moreau's journey in this world comes to an end, we remember him not only for the adventure-filled life he led but also for the love, joy, and laughter he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of family and friends, a reminder of the power of embracing life's moments with a spirit of adventure and a smile on our faces.
May he rest in eternal peace.
