HOLDEN – Eunice M. (Lloyd) Isble, 74 formerly of 68 Reservoir Street, died, Friday, February 20, 2004, in the Sterling Healthcare.
Her husband of 34 years, Floyd V. Isble, died in 1986. She leaves a daughter, Doreen M. Flagg of Sterling; two sons, Christopher J. Isble of Lyndhurst, Ohio and Timothy J. Isble of Sterling; a brother, Clifford J. Lloyd Jr. of Eastham; a sister, Carol E. Schmidt of Paxton; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Three sisters, Shirley L. Balderston, Virginia C. Reiman and Dorothy A. Joyner, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Clifford J. and Clara W. (Ploetz) Lloyd. She graduated from Commerce High School class of 1947. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, the Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi and a member of the Rutland Chapter of the Women’s Business group.
Mrs. Isble worked for Mechanics National Bank, Industrial City Bank, and Howell-MacDuff Company in Boylston before retiring.
Mrs. Isble’s funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 23, in Concordia Lutheran Church, 86 Murray Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden.
