Eunice Clark (Henderson) Fedler

STERLING – Eunice Clark (Henderson) Fedler, 89, of Meetinghouse Hill Road, died peacefully at home on Sunday, December 4, 2011. She was born in Woodhaven, Long Island, New York on February 11, 1922, the daughter of Mark and Anne (Espie) Henderson and has lived in Sterling for over 60 years.

Mrs. Fedler was predeceased by her husband, Julian Fedler, on February 24, 2007. She is survived by her two daughters, Lynn Ellen Roseberry of Barre and Jean Clark Beckner of Milford; a son, Mathew J. Fedler of Sterling; three grandchildren, Michael Roseberry, Kyle Roseberry and Aaron Beckner; and a great-granddaughter, Addison Beckner. A brother, Mark Henderson, predeceased her.

She was a member of the First Church in Sterling, the Friends of the Conant Library in Sterling and the Sterling Historical Society. She worked as the assistant librarian of the Conant Library for many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Mrs. Fedler on Friday, December 9, 2011, at 11 a.m., at the First Church in Sterling, 6 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Sterling. Burial will be private at Oak Hill Cemetery, Sterling at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Church in Sterling, Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 40, Sterling, MA 01564-0040; or to the Conant Public Library, 4 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Sterling, MA 01564. The Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling is assisting the family with arrangements.
