Eunice D. (Dahl) Wiles

PRINCETON - Eunice D. (Dahl) Wiles, 100, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 14, 2018 under the loving care of her family and the dedicated staff at Sterling Village. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Baldwin, Long Island, Mrs. Wiles was the daughter of Hughey and Elizabeth Dahl and lived in Florida before moving to Princeton in 2002.
Mrs. Wiles attended schools in Baldwin, New York. She worked as a secretary for many years for the New York City School Department and later for Ulster County Republican Committee in Kingston, NY before retiring to Florida.
Mrs. Wiles was an active volunteer at the Princeton Senior Center and enjoyed playing Bridge and other card games with her friends.
Her husband of 43 years, Deforest C. Wiles, passed away in 1988. She will be affectionately remembered and missed by her son, Richard E. Wiles and his wife, Marcia of Princeton; her daughter, Susan Wiles and her husband, David Dery of Canajoharie, NY; and her beloved grandson, Nicholas Wiles of Princeton.Eunice will be honored and remembered at a private graveside service in Leesville Cemetery, Leesville, NY.
