Biography
WORCESTER – Ethel Morgenstern, 87, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.
Ethel was the devoted wife of Archie; beloved mother to son, Mark, and daughter, Garie and her husband Howie Stein; cherished grandmother to Eric and Aaron Stein; and sister to Molly Yellin.
Ethel was a bookkeeper for a real estate firm in New York for 34 years. Her genuine love and kindness toward others was felt by all that knew her. Her family was always the center of her life and her biggest joy was to make others happy.
GRAVESIDE SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 12:30 PM ON THURSDAY, MAY 26, 2016 AT BETH MOSES CEMETERY, 1500 WELLWOOD AVENUE, WEST BABYLON, NEW YORK UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN OF MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN.
Memorial observance will be held on Sunday, May 29th and Monday, May 30th from 4:00 PM through 8:00 PM, with a Minyan service to be held at 7:00 PM at the residence of Garie Morgenstern and Howie Stein, 15 Donna Road, Worcester.
Memorial contributions may be made to Thom Worcester Area Early Intervention at 239 Mill Street, Worcester, MA 01602; The Hope Graham Program at The Bancroft School at 110 Shore Drive, Worcester, MA 01605; or afmda.org. Please omit flowers.
