PRINCETON – Erma Lee (Livezey) McCormick, 79, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Harrisburg, PA, the daughter of William H. and Erma H. (Parker) Livezey and had lived in Sudbury before moving to Princeton in 1979.
She leaves her sons, Scott D. McCormick of Austin, TX, John F. McCormick of Worcester and Timothy L. McCormick and his wife, Melanie of Shrewsbury; and her brother, William Livezey. She was predeceased by her brothers, Warren and James Livezey; her sister, Florence “Trudy” Livezey; and her daughter-in-law Amy (Bartlett) McCormick.
Erma was a registered nurse for several years in the Worcester County area and worked at Block Buster Video for many years before retiring. Previously, she worked at Video Paradise and Adopt a Video. She was an avid movie buff and loved to spend time with her family.
At her request, funeral services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Princeton Firefighters/EMT Assoc., P.O. Box 37, Princeton, MA 01541. Arrangements are under the care of the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling.
