Eric Hess

LEOMINSTER - Eric Hess, age 71, of Leominster, died peacefully on Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was born in Tiberias, Israel and moved to the United States at the age of 9.
Eric graduated from Leominster High School and received an Associate degree from Worcester Junior College. He worked with his father developing land and property in the North Central Mass region.
He loved gardening, reading and swimming at the Speck pond in Lancaster. He was also a huge fan of the New England Patriots. We will especially remember his skills growing tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers every season, his outstanding shish kebab and our time on the beaches of Cape Cod.
Eric is survived by his sister Jennie "Yael" Savage and his nephew Michael Savage and his family. He was predeceased by his parents Hans and Ruth (Fichmann) Hess.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 13th at 11:00am at Agudas Achim Cemetery, 320 Rollstone Road in Fitchburg. Arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.
