PAXTON – Elizabeth M. (Kinnear) Kallgren, 77, of Whitney Drive, died at home on Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
She leaves her son, Brian W. Kallgren of Burnham, Maine; a daughter, Diane K. Dillman and her husband Robert of Paxton; and two grandchildren, Rebekah and Bartholomew Kallgren. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of John and Signe (Olson) Kinnear, and has lived in Paxton for 51 years.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Clinton High School, received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master's degree in Psychology from Assumption College. She was a life time educator having taught in the Holden and Brookfield public school systems and at Worcester State College. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Paxton and enjoyed camping with her children and quilting.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17th, in the First Congregation Church of Paxton, 1 Church Street, Paxton. Private burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Clinton.
