WEST BOYLSTON – Elizabeth (Koss) Krizinowek Pineo, 84, of 51 Franklin St. died Monday, January 2, 2006 in Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston after an illness.
She leaves her husband of 32 years, Otis H. Pineo; a stepson, Charles O. Pineo of California; a stepdaughter, Pamela E. Jordan of Warrenton, VA; two granddaughters; a grandson; a great-great grandson. She was born in Roxbury the daughter of Bernard and Dorothy (Bensusan) Koss and lived over 50 years in West Boylston.
Mrs. Pineo was a supervisor Rinehert Co. in Waltham for over 40 years. She graduated from Worcester State College and received two Masters in Education degrees. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of West Boylston, Wachusett Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, past president of Delta Kappa Gamma, and a member and past president of the West Boylston Women’s Club.
Funeral services for Mrs. Pineo will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 6 in the First Congregational Church of West Boylston, 26 Central Street, West Boylston. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westboro. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Boylston Firefighters Association’s Equipment Fund, 39 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA 01583. Miles Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road (Rte 12), Sterling is directing arrangements.
