HOLDEN – Eileen M. (Reidy) Monahan, 52, of 64 Nola Drive, passed away peacefully in her home in the presence of her loving family on Friday, November 26, 2004.
She leaves her husband of 35 years, Richard H. Monahan; a son, Patrick R. and his wife Robin Monahan of Spencer; two daughters, Kelly P. and her husband Jethro King of Holden and Elizabeth A. and her husband Norman Arguin of Rutland; two brothers, James and Kevin Reidy both of Holden; two sisters, Joan Bartosiewicz and Regina Bonin both of Holden; three grandchildren, Christopher King, Alex and Joseph Arguin; nephews, nieces, and cousins. A sister, Janet Stillings of Rutland predeceased her. She was born in Holden the daughter of John and Jane (Kilmartin) Reidy, and lived all of her life in Holden. She graduated Marian High School in Worcester.
Mrs. Monahan worked 15 years for Fleet Bank recently as Teller Operations Manager. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church.
The funeral for Mrs. Monahan will be held on Monday, November 29, from the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 114 Princeton Street, Jefferson. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, in the funeral home. Burial will be private in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Holden.
