Earl F. Baker

WORCESTER – Earl F. Baker, 82, of 25 Goldthwaite Road, died at home on Monday, June 6, 2005.
He leaves his sister, Marilyn J. Cowley and her husband Melvin E. of Sacramento, California; a nephew, Darrell Baker of Boca Raton, Florida, and grandnephews and nieces. Two brothers, George and Roy Baker, and his step-father, George Lawrence, predeceased him. He was born in Leominster, son of Roy and Elizabeth (Nault) Baker, Sr., and previously lived in Holden. He graduated Holden High School.

Mr. Baker was the manager of Discount Carpet Company in Worcester for 10 years, retiring in 1989. Previously he worked 38 years for American Supply Company and 10 years for Redi Fit Rug in Worcester.

The funeral service for Mr. Baker will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 10, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton.
