Donna L. (Thayer) Cloutier
June 12, 1944 — March 22, 2015
PAXTON – Donna L. (Thayer) Cloutier, 70, died peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester, with her loving husband by her side. She was born in Lynn, a daughter of the late Walter S. and Shirley L. (Crowell) Thayer.
Donna was raised in Peabody and graduated from Peabody High School, then from Chandler School for Women in Boston. Donna worked as a legal secretary for several years and then as an administrative assistant for area insurance companies. Prior to her retirement 5 years ago, Donna worked for Tatnuck Mobil in Worcester for 15 years. She was a dedicated homemaker and a wonderful cook. Always upbeat and positive in her attitude, especially during her recent health struggles, Donna was a dear friend to many and will be greatly missed.
She leaves her beloved husband and best friend of 50 years, Ronald E. Cloutier of Paxton.
Services for Donna will be private and there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital ( www.stjude.org ), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or to the American Diabetes Association, Mass Affiliate, 10 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
