STERLING – Donald R. Rouleau, 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 8, 2021, at HealthAlliance Leominster. He was born in Lowell, the son of John and Elizabeth S. (Bell) Rouleau and had lived in Lowell and Worcester before moving to Sterling 50 years ago.
He leaves his loving wife of 63 years, Dolores S. (Kozloski) Rouleau; his son, Daniel D. Rouleau and his wife, Kerry of Littleton; his grandchildren, Ashley, Meaghann, Tyler and Emily; his sisters, June Rouleau of New Jersey, Faye Ross of New Hampshire and Jacqueline Rouleau of California; and nieces and nephews.
Don was a printer for over 30 years and retired in 1994 from the David Clark Company. He enjoyed time with his family, camping at Pine Acres and playing cards with the guys at the Hiram O. Taylor American Legion Post in Sterling. Don will be fondly remembered by his family and friends as a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was also known for his compassion, his giving and his unwavering love and support.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, March 12th from 4 to 6 p.m. followed by a service at 6 p.m. in the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, appropriate social distancing and wearing of a mask will be required. A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family at Hillside Cemetery.
