Dianne E. Shoreys

NORTHBOROUGH - Dianne (Beaumont) Shoreys passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2023, with her loving husband and son by her side. She was 78. Born in Worcester, Dianne was the daughter of Ronald and Phyllis (Major) Beaumont and lived many years in Rutland and the last several years in Northborough.
She attended Wachusett Regional High, Clark University and earned an art degree from the Worcester Art Museum. She worked as an illustrator of children's books for Colonial Press in Clinton, and in later years, as a real estate broker for several area firms.
Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending summers at her home on the Island of Vinalhaven off the coast of Maine. She also spent her time caring for her Arabian horse and championship show dogs.
She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 57 years, Francis Shoreys; a son, Wesley Shoreys; a sister Carole MacQueston; and two nieces Callie and Brittany MacQueston.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Dianne's family from 4 to 8 pm on Friday, August 18th at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. Dianne's life will be celebrated privately at a service and burial on Vinalhaven, Maine.
