SEBASTIAN, FL-Delores H. (Hood) Lang, 81, a longtime resident of Florida, died peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2014 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence, Worcester.
She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley R. Lang. She leaves her three children, Cheryl Pasquariello and her husband, Kenneth of Worcester, Rob Arnoff and his wife Debbie of Lockport, IL, and David Arnoff of Sebastian, FL; her six grandchildren, Timothy, Daria, Greasen, Seth, Tyler and Madonna, and her three great grandchildren, Devin, Kyle and Timothy, Jr. She was predeceased by her brother, Donald “Jack” Hood. Delores was born in Laurel, Mississippi, daughter of the late Collins James and Rose Marie (Strickland) Hood. Delores owned several rental properties in the Sebastian area. She was a true animal lover, and was especially fond of her cat and companion, Precious. She also enjoyed sitting on her porch and watching the birds in the yard, swimming and cooking.
Services for Delores will be held privately in Florida. Memorial donations may be made to an animal humane cause of the donor’s choice.
