WORCESTER/HUDSON - Deborah A. “Debi” Deutsch-Webb, age 67, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center - University Campus.
Debi was born in New York City, a daughter of Alfred Deutsch and Susanne (Klein) Deutsch-Zwerling. She graduated from Boston University, earning a degree in Graphic design and began her career working for an advertising agency. Debi was fiercely independent, and having a 9 to 5 job in an office environment, was not the path she wanted to follow. It wasn’t long before she started her own graphic design company, DebWebb Design.
During college, for spending money and while growing her business, she worked part time in restaurants. For Debi it was more than the additional income she received. Debi loved being around people and the restaurant business enabled her to do just that. Although Debi was a talented artist, she followed her passion and ventured into the hospitality industry and that is where she spent many gratifying years.
Debi, always an animal lover, had many yellow labs of her own. Throughout the years she dedicated her spare time to animal rescue services, placing countless dogs into loving homes, one of which was her own.
Debi will be missed and remembered by her beloved husband of 41 years, Ronald Webb of Hudson; her sister, Sandra Kennedy of Hampton, NJ and her partner Marshall Morris; her family and friends.
A Funeral Service celebrating Debi’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 31st at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, MA. Live streaming of this service is available through the following link
