STERLING – David R. Mousette, 90, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Marlborough, the son of Joseph and Rosella (Bercume) Mousette and had lived in the Marlborough and Hudson area before moving to Sterling over 20 years ago. He leaves 7 children, Elayne Exarhopoulas of Hudson, Suzanne Lordan of Harwich, David Mousette of Spofford, NH, Kathleen Trotter of Naples, FL, Marie Keegan of Wolfeboro, NH, John Mousette of Barrington, NH and Raymond Mousette of New Ipswich, NH; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his former wife, Rita (Rodier) Mousette; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Cynthia LoDico Mousette and his companion, Rita D’Amico. David was a tail gunner in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked for over 30 years at General Motor’s Plant in Framingham before retiring in 1974. David was a member of Prince of Peace Church in Princeton and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and trips to Cape Cod. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
