Daniel R. Survell

BERLIN – Daniel Robert Survell, 19, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 3, 2022. He was born in Worcester and had lived most of his life in Berlin.

He leaves his parents, Jeanne M. (Kenderes) Hudson and her husband, Daniel of Fitchburg and Cyrus A. Survell and his fiancé, Katherine Marscio of Berlin; his brothers, Keith Survell and his wife, Amanda of Morristown, NJ and Matthew Survell of Hanover, PA; his sisters, Kristin Richard and her husband, Brandon of Shrewsbury and Sarah Survell of Fitchburg; his aunt, Cynthia Survell of Milwaukee, WI; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Daniel graduated from Tahanto Regional High School in 2021 and attended Westfield State University from 2021-2022. He enjoyed hiking the Appalachian trails. He enjoyed traveling to new destinations such as Colorado and Arizona. He was an avid horticulturist. He loved going fishing. He enjoyed challenging himself by trying complex cooking and baking recipes. He was an individual to the core. He was witty, had a unique perception on life, and a very dry sense of humor. He loved to spend time with his loving family. He will be missed every day.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 5 to 8 p.m. on
Thursday, November 10th in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
