WORCESTER – Clifton F. Nadeau, Jr., 63, of 14 Myrick Avenue, died at home in the presence of his devoted wife and loving children on
Wednesday, November 30, 2005, after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 27 years, Joyce E. (Gagnon) Nadeau; his son, Bradford L. Nadeau of Orlando, FL; three daughters, Christy J. Nadeau-Seymour of South Lancaster, Jennifer L. Nadeau and Elaine F. Nadeau both of Worcester. He also leaves a son, Michael Nadeau of Athol, and daughters, Shannon Crosby and Brandy Nadeau both of Orange; a brother, Adelbert “Del” Merchant of Sterling; four sisters, Yvette LaCroix and Susan Roseberry both of Sterling, Darlene Boynton of Monson, Maine, and Theolinda Merchant of Shirley; and several grandchildren. He was born in Gardner, son of Clifton F. and Margaret (Torstensen) Nadeau, Sr., and lived in Worcester for 21 years. He served in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany.
Mr. Nadeau worked for Gillette Company in Boston for 25 years. Previously he worked 17 years for Nypro Company in Clinton. He enjoyed reading and was an avid fisherman, camper and loved being outside.
A memorial service for Mr. Nadeau will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 2, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Memorial donations may be made to the Elaine F.
