WORCESTER - Christopher Frank Di Sesa, 53, a well-respected attorney known for his razor-sharp wit, ingenious sense of humor and his integrity and commitment to defending the rights of children, died Saturday, November 22, 2014. He was born in Stamford, CT to Margaret and Frank Di Sesa, Jr. on February 10, 1961.
He grew up in Indiana, received a BA from Hanover College & his JD from Quinnipiac University. He started his career at the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. then established his own law practice in Leominster. Most recently, he worked as a Supervising Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services in the Children & Family Law Division.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret M. (Dailinger) Di Sesa; his siblings, Libby Di Sesa, Jennifer Di Sesa, Dawn Bottomley and her husband, David and Craig Di Sesa and his wife, Heather; and by his loving niece and nephews, Meghan, Ian, and Colin Di Sesa and Vincent Bottomley. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank J. Di Sesa and his husband, Micheal McNulty-Di Sesa.
The family will receive friends between 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, at the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road (Rte. 12), Sterling. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, at St. Richard of Chichester Church, 4 Bridge Street, Sterling.
