Cheryl E. Hardy

July 2, 1965 — June 14, 2021

Cheryl “Sheri” Hardy sadly lost her 10-year battle with Alzheimer’s. Sheri is survived by her mother Nancy Mosher and her husband Clayton, Sheri’s stepfather, her sister Lisa Christian and her husband Bob, her grandmother Birdie Schofield, her nieces Miranda Thibodeau and her husband Greg and Kayley Christian, and her great niece Riley and great nephew Tanner. Sheri was predeceased by her father Allan Hardy.

Sheri lived in Vermont for most of her adult life and was surrounded by great friends. She worked at Stratton Mountain and the Equinox Resort.
Sheri had a passion for all things fun. She loved being with her family and friends. She was an avid athlete. She played softball, golf, volleyball, snowboarded, and was a regular at the gym. She also enjoyed hunting geese with “her baby” Kota.

Anyone that knew Sheri, knew that she was always ready for the next party or fun activity. She was the first one to get up and dance and sing when the music started. Her beautiful smile and fun attitude made her the life of the party.

Sheri’s battle with Alzheimer’s cut an amazing life short and she will be deeply missed.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either the Alzheimer’s Association or American Diabetes Association.

A memorial gathering to commemorate Sheri’s love of life will be held at a later time.
