Charles R. Erickson

Charles R. Erickson, 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital. Born and raised in Holden, he was the son of Anna (Henrickson) Erickson and the late Hilding R. Erickson.
He will be remembered at the Registry of Motor Vehicles where he was a record keeper and clerk for many years. He graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in 1974 and completed several computer courses at Central New England College.
Charles was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson as often as possible. He was proud to be an active member of a local recovery network and had many friends.
Charlie will be lovingly missed by his mother, Anna Erickson of Holden; many cousins and good friends; and his four-legged companion, Steven. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his twin sister, Nancy Erickson.
A private family graveside service is planned for summer. Donations may be made to White Oak Land Trust, P.O. Box 346, Holden, MA 01520. Arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
