Charles 'Chas.' Dennis Noonan

BARRE - On Thursday, November 27, 2014, Charles Dennis Noonan, known to so many as "Chas.", passed away peacefully at the end of a valiant struggle. His wife, Kim, was at his side as she has been for the twenty years of their marriage. Born in Cambridge, Chas. was the son of David J. Noonan, presently of Rutland and Patricia Murdock Noonan, who predeceased him.



He leaves a brother, Michael of Monte Vista, CO; two sisters, Jennifer of Las Cruces, NM and Catherine of Allston.



Chas. was a talented musician and performed at a number of local clubs. He was employed as an IT specialist by Rotman's of Worcester.



The family and friends of Chas. will gather to remember and celebrate his life from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), in Holden. All are welcome but, as Chas. would advise "Shirt and shoes required. Act respectable."
