Carl E. Burwick

WORCESTER – Carl E. Burwick, age 72, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston after an illness.

He leaves a son, Joshua Burwick of Worcester; a brother, David Burwick of Millbury and three grandsons, Luke, Jake and Tyler Burwick. He was predeceased by his daughter, Jennifer Burwick and by his two brothers, Douglas and Jeffrey Burwick.

He was born in Worcester and was a son of I. Tutter and Muriel (Kirschner) Burwick and was a lifelong resident.

He graduated The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. He was formerly the president and co-owner of Prime Value Mart of Worcester for many years.

Later and for many years, he was a partner in commercial real estate brokerage with his brother, David Burwick.

He especially enjoyed spending time with his three grandsons, playing golf with his friends and vacationing at Cape Cod.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 23rd in B’Nai Brith Cemetery in Worcester under the care of Richard Perlman of Miles Funeral Home of Holden. Facial masks and social distancing will be required.
