She renewed friendships from her early days in Worcester, and you could always count on receiving a birthday card from her. Brenda enjoyed gardening and was a member of the local African Violet Club. She liked traveling, especially cruise ship vacations with Oceania, and collecting items of eclectic interest.

Brenda will be lovingly missed and remembered by her husband; their children, Julie Anne Meyers and her husband, Gregory of Cincinnati, and Jonathan Dean of Worcester; their grandchildren, Joan Salfer and her husband, Rabbi Moshe Salfer, Benjamin Meyers, Joshua Meyers, and Elizabeth Meyers; three great-grandchildren; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Dean and Marilyn Cohen; and several dear cousins.
