HOLDEN – Bonnie J. (O’Brien) Clark, age 61, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, July 15, 2024. Born in Salem, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Alfred and Joan (Marshall) O’Brien.
After graduating from Danvers High School, Bonnie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Fitchburg State University. She worked for many years as a Maternal Child Health nurse at Visiting Nurse Association in Worcester.
Bonnie’s favorite parts of life included visiting the beaches on Cape Cod and soaking up the sun. She loved to spend time with her dogs and drive around town in her beloved convertible Mustang.
Bonnie will be lovingly missed and remembered by her beloved daughters, Kayla Nicole Heipt and her husband, Robert of Rutland, Haley Clark Gatzogiannis and her husband, Andrew of Charlton, and Shawnie Leigh Clark of Holden; her father, Alfred O’Brien of Springhill, Florida; her sister, Tracey Fay and her husband, Kevin of Oceanside, NY; her brother, Timothy O’Brien and his wife, Karen of Duxbury; and her cherished grandchildren, Brayden Heipt, Cole Heipt and Nikolas Gatzogiannis. She was predeceased by her husband, Gary S. Clark in 2015, and her mother, Joan (Marshall) O’Brien in 2015.
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Bonnie’s memory at Calling Hours from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM.
