LUNENBURG – Beverly R. Faubert, 81, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. She was born on January 24, 1938 in Groton, the daughter of Raymond P. and Irene M. (Girouard) Faubert. She was raised in Leominster and lived in Westminster and Weymouth before settling in Lunenburg about ten years ago.
She leaves her three sisters, Theresa D. Murray of Sterling, Mary E. Foss and her husband, Robert of Lancaster and Barbara A. Wyman and her husband, Raymond of Lancaster; several nieces, nephews, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
Beverly graduated from Assumption College in Worcester and worked in human services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Beverly was a talented artist and could fix or repair anything. She loved to help people in need and would read the Bible every day. She loved to make people laugh, collected baseball cards and at one time panned for gold. Beverly’s greatest love was her animals, especially her cats and spending time with family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road in Sterling followed by a committal service at St. John’s Cemetery in Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pat Brody Shelter for Cats, 479 Northfield Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462, or the Volunteer Humane Society, 505 Center Bridge Road, Lancaster, MA 01523.
