SOUTH BARRE – Beverly A. (Pane) Darling, 80, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at UMass Memorial Healthcare – Memorial Campus after a long illness. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Angelo J. and Anne M. (Alto) Darling and had lived in Rutland and Holden before moving to South Barre in 2000.
Her husband of 46 years, Clifford R. Darling, passed away in 2006. She leaves her daughter, Anne C. Ramsey of Fitchburg; her brother, William Pane of Worcester; six grandchildren, Danielle, Anthony, Angelo, Gino, Xena, Vinny; five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Kaden, Cole, Logan and Rylee; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her grandchild, Nico Ramsey.
Beverly worked as a home health aide and was a school bus driver for several years. She enjoyed playing bingo, trips to the casino and collected stuff animals. Beverly was devoted to her family and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
A celebration of life service for Beverly will be held on Thursday, January 16th at 1 p.m. in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. Burial will be private and held at a later date.
