Bella Mary (Kopec) Teczar

WORCESTER – Bella M. (Kopec) Teczar, 104, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2014 at the Holden Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center, Holden where she has been so lovingly care for over the past two years.

She was born in Gilbertville, a daughter of John and Mary (Polys) Kopec, and had lived in Worcester for most of her life, before moving to Holden two years ago. A longtime homemaker, Bella was a loving mother who was completely dedicated to caring for her children and family.

Bella was predeceased by her beloved husband, Patrick E. Teczar died in 1965. She leaves her two sons, Richard Teczar of Shrewsbury and Francis Teczar and his wife, Amanda; her three daughters, Celia Johnson and her husband, Albert of Worcester and Patricia M. Gillies of West Boylston, and Joan C. Teczar of Holden; five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Arlene Shirley Teczar, as well as her siblings, Frank, Mitchell, Louis, Stacia and Bertha .
