Barbara F. Lester

RUTLAND - Barbara Lester of Rutland passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. She was very active at the Rutland Senior Center, which held a very special place in her life. Barbara leaves behind many family and friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016, from 9 - 10:15 a.m. at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, 290 Main Street, Rutland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Town of Rutland, Friends of the Rutland Council on Aging, 250 Main Street, Rutland, MA 01543.
