JEFFERSON – Ann M. (Goulet) Wesolowski, 96, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at St. Mary’s Health Care Center. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Fernando J. and Margaret (Peard) and had lived in Holden since 1950.
Her loving husband of 40 years, Chester J. Wesolowski, passed away in 1992. She leaves her two sons, Chester J. Wesolowski and Francis J. Wesolowski and his wife, Kathryn, all of Jefferson; her brother, Robert Goulet of Framingham; four grandchildren, Timothy Wesolowski, Pamela DeLuca, Sarah Wilkinson and John Wesolowski; three great-grandchildren, Skyla, Zackary and Brooke; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Joseph Wesolowski; her brothers, Augustus, Fernando Jr. and Joseph Goulet; and her four sisters, Sylvia, Rita, Sister Margaret and Sister Theresa Goulet.
Ann was a LPN at Holden District Hospital and St. Vincent hospital before retiring in 1975. She also worked at the family business with her husband at Gains Express. Ann was a member of St. Mary’s Church and a former CCD teacher. She also worked with prison ministries and was a member of the Life in the Spirit team.
Funeral services for Ann will be held on Wednesday, June 12th with a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 114 Princeton Street, Jefferson. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Food for the Poor Program, 44 Temple Street, Worcester, MA 01604.
