Alison Rose Marchessault

AUBURN - Alison Rose Marchessault, age 25, of Royal Palm Beach, FL, formerly of Auburn died on December 26, 2018 during a long awaited multi-organ transplant surgery, in Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.

She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Robert J. and Estalee (Bloomfield) Marchessault.

Besides her parents, she leaves a sister, Jennifer Bayrouty Motto, wife of Nicholas Motto of Forest Hills, NY; a long time boyfriend, Christopher Luzadder of North Lauderdale, FL; her paternal grandmother, Doris Marchessault of Medford; her aunt and uncle, Cathy and Harvey Bloomfield of Worcester; and a niece, Olive Sylvia Motto. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Alfred and Sylvia (Ravelson) Bloomfield, her paternal grandfather, Robert R. Marchessault and by her aunt, Rochelle Griff.

She attended the Mary D. Stone Elementary School in Auburn, lived in Royal Palm Beach in Florida for 15 years, graduated from the Florida Virtual School and attended Palm Beach State University.

She loved animals and was an avid volunteer at the Palm Beach Zoo. For over 10 years she raised and trained service dogs for people who had disabilities. She was active in many organizations including organ transplant and polycystic kidney disease organizations.

She was an inspiration to everyone who met her and she had a zest for life and a never ending will to live. She will be terribly missed by everyone who ever met her.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10:00 AM ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 31, AT CONGREGATION BETH ISRAEL, 15 JAMESBURY DRIVE, WORCESTER, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN. BURIAL WILL BE IN WORCESTER HEBREW CEMETERY IN AUBURN.

Memorial Observance will be announced at the time of the funeral service.
