STERLING/LANCASTER – Alicia G. (Coddington) Bross, 78, of Newell Hill Road, Sterling, formerly of Charlotte St., Lancaster, died on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, after a short illness.
She was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 28, 1929, the daughter of Edith Elizabeth (Kane) and Harry Harold Coddington. She lived in Bolton and Lancaster for 41years before moving to Sterling in 2005. She spent several years in the Wire and Cable industry in Hudson before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, swimming with dolphins, gardening and many Oceanside vacations in Maine.
She leaves her children, Claudia J. Rundlett and her husband Brad of Lancaster, Amy R. Grady of Auburn and Carleton R. Bross of Thompson, CT; a sister, Edith E. Cram of Trenton, SC; five grandchildren, Andrew R. Grady of Providence, RI, Samantha C. Grady of Auburn, Daniel R. Rundlett of Lancaster, Steven R. Bross and Nathan K. Bross both of Clinton; a niece, Sabrina M. O’Brien of Halifax; and a long time beloved partner, Nicholas Cammuso of Sterling.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18th, in the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road (Rte. 12), Sterling. A Memorial Service for Alicia will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19th, in the funeral home.
