AUBURN – Alice E. (Glockner) Sperring, 80, of 54 Windbrook Dr. died Monday, November 1, 2004 in her home.
She leaves a son, Thomas P. Corrigan of Springfield; a daughter, Aurelie E. Baker of Pompano Beach, FL; two brothers, Alfred T. Glockner of Princeton, and Thomas A. Glockner of Westminster; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nephews and nieces; and many special friends. A sister, Gloria Jendza predeceased her.
She was born in Pawtucket, RI, the daughter of Alfred T. and Alice L. (O’Brien) Glockner, was later raised in Princeton and lived 17 years in Auburn. Mrs. Sperring attended Prince of Peace Church in Princeton.
The funeral for Mrs. Sperring will be held on Friday, November 5, from the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Prince of Peace Church, 1 Worcester Rd., Princeton. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Connor Lane, in Princeton. Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 4 in the funeral home.
